Mr. Poinelli is a senior business technology consulting executive with broad business, industry and technology experience in roles ranging from business unit leadership - to account management - to large program/project management. Consistent record of defining, developing and delivering successful business systems solutions, including planning, evaluation and selection, as well as design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions. Clients/Accounts range from large multi-national corporate organizations to leading mid-market enterprises in key industries, including media and entertainment, healthcare, professional and financial services, among others. In addition to broad leadership responsibilities, have continued hands-on involvement in key process change, systems strategy, design, development and implementation initiatives.

Sameer Mittal serves as an Advisor to Spruce Technology, particularly in the areas of Investment Capital and Acquisitions. Mr. Mittal is regarded for his financial acumen, in-depth operational expertise, and innate ability to bridge business ideas, people and capital. He leverages contacts and relationships made throughout his career and his experience with PE firms, entrepreneurial and Fortune 100 environments to bring financial, operations, relationship building and deal flow expertise to Top Hat Capital, of which he is a partner and co-founder.

 

Mr. Mittal has held positions on the boards of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Northeastern US-Personal Investing Network, the Deal Network, Pratham USA, and The Indus Entrepreneurs. He has been named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business (2008), and his firm was named a Top 100 Manufacturing firm in INC 5000 and ranked #868 - INC 5000 in 2009.

Angiras Koorapaty serves as a financial advisor to Spruce Technology. Mr. Koorapaty is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Visual IQ, Inc. Previously he served as CFO of NitroSecurity, Inc., which was acquired by Intel/McAfee in 2011. He also served as CFO of WebHire, which was acquired by Kenexa in 2006, and as CFO of CoreChange, which was acquired by Open Text Corp in 2003.  As a senior financial and operations executive in the IT industry, Mr. Koorapaty’s expertise includes creating enterprise value and delivering superior investor returns through structured financial management.
