Anthony Curro is the Chief Executive Officer of Spruce Technology, Inc. Mr. Curro is an innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive leadership. With his proven track record of consistently outperforming expectations and setting new levels of performance, he embodies Spruce Technology’s commitment to developing long-standing client relationships built upon trust and integrity. 

 

Prior to joining Spruce Technology in 2014, Mr. Curro was a vice president at AllianceBernstein in the private client group. Earlier, he was a vice president and general manager with Australian based Compumedics, where he headed the North American business unit; prior to that he was a director with Guidant Corporation responsible for corporate accounts.

 

Mr. Curro earned an MBA in general management from Columbia Business School where he achieved honors, was the elected academic representative, and was the recipient of the distinguished service award. He also received a BA, magna cum laude, in liberal arts and economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. While at FDU, he was a member of the NCAA varsity soccer team and was inducted into the international honor society for economics – Omicron Delta Epsilon.

 

Mr. Curro is an active member of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York, the Philadelphia Columbia University Alumni Association, and is a Columbia Graduate School of Business Ambassador. Among his charitable affiliations, he serves on the board of The Doe Fund: Ready, Willing and Able.

Srini Penumella is a partner and the Managing Partner of Spruce Technology, Inc. Over the past 3 years, Srini has led the company to annual revenues of $15 million dollars in 2013, and expanded from the headquarters in Clifton, NJ to offices in New York, San Ramon, Boston, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Srini personifies Spruce's commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the country. He has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships. In his role as Managing Partner, Srini is responsible for managing areas of strategic growth, alliances and partnerships, consulting services, business development, sales, and IT infrastructure. He has authored numerous scientific and engineering publications and holds winning patents and awards in R&D and innovative engineering design. With almost 24 years of experience, he develops dynamic strategic business growth plans and brings strong relationships with senior leadership in both Private and Public sector clients.

 

Mr. Penumella has over 20 years of experience leveraging technology to enhance communication, decision making, and productivity for organizations in diverse industries, from start-ups to large-scale enterprises. Before joining Spruce, Srini was Chief Technology Officer at CMS, an alternate investment company with private equity, real estate and wealth management lines of business. He also worked in Senior Management roles within professional services organizations servicing both private and federal sector clients. His experience included working as Program Manager and Project Manager at firms such as KPMG and Ernst & Young. Srini earned his B.S in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and M.S. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is currently a PMP and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a certified six-sigma professional.

 

Frank Tropsa

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Tropsa is Chief Financial Officer for Spruce Technology, Inc.  He is a visionary Program Manager who brings Spruce Technology a unique blend of Change Management, Financial, Operations and Technology Management expertise. His sales, business development and delivery expertise have focused on the technology, manufacturing, media, entertainment and telecommunications industries.  Frank has been responsible for managing and executing diverse clients engagements that include Customer Relations Management, implementing financial planning and reporting solutions, Shared Service process improvements, payroll/HRIS and ERP vendor selection projects, IT Strategy projects and general project management consulting. His diversity in client engagements has allowed him to manage various platforms. Additionally, he provides strategic and tactical planning, management of project staff, contract negotiation, procurement reviews, project management, budgeting, forecasting and business process reviews (BPMS) to support business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology.

 

Frank’s 30 plus years of accounting, controllership and project management career is rich with experience.  He has worked for several large organizations including Microsoft, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sony, International Paper, James River, and others. Frank graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and earned a Masters of Management from Northwestern University.

Satya Maganti is Vice President of Solutions and Professional Services, responsible for solution development and project management methodologies at Spruce Technology, Inc. Mr. Maganti brings Spruce Technology his knowledge in the areas of software development, enterprise content management and reporting/analytics. He has over a decade of experience in the areas of Program/Project Management and Application Development. He has developed solutions for asset, procurement and contract, legal practices and customer relations management spaces and is well versed in software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and RUP.

 

Prior to joining Spruce Technology, Mr. Maganti led numerous projects in the Public Sector and the pharmaceutical industry, for clients such as NYC Department of Education, NYC Human Resources Administration, the Federal Aviation Association, and Hoffman-La Roche. His recent notable accomplishments include leading the implementation of a project management office for the NYC Department of Education, establishing processes for the project management lifecycle that included tollgates for solution reviews.

 

Mr. Maganti has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and he received his Masters of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from the Zicklin School Business, Bernard M. Baruch College. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute and he is certified MCAD.NET (Microsoft Certified Application Developer).

Mr. Makki is an Executive Vice President at Spruce Technology, heading the company’s Healthcare and Public Sector Practices. He serves as a solutions principal, responsible for the overall successful delivery of key strategic client engagements. Mr. Makki is a result-minded executive focused on increasing the value of the organization through rigorous strategic planning, business process engineering and effective cost management. He is a trusted advisor and counselor to decision makers in the public and private sectors.

 

Mr. Makki has previously held key senior executive positions in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Spruce Technology, he served as Vice President of Operations for global IT firm Prolifics. He previously held numerous leadership positions with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

 

Mr. Makki received a Master of Science degree from Lebanese University and has coauthored over 50 peer reviewed publications, scientific conference abstracts and presentations.

Mr. Mahoney is Senior Director, Solutions and Professional Services with Spruce Technology. Mr. Mahoney's dynamic people skills and critical grasp of prevalent and emerging technologies have made him a valuable asset to the firm's leadership team. He brings Spruce Technology his strengths in solution design, business technology alignment, strategic technology planning, and client/stakeholder relationship management.

 

Mr. Mahoney is a business technology services professional with extensive experience in Business Process Automation, Enterprise Data Management, Reporting & Analytics, and Dashboard / Portal design and development. Prior to joining Spruce Technology, Mr. Mahoney worked as Solutions Director for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where he engineered and implemented one of the largest municipal records repositories on the SharePoint platform worldwide. During his tenure with the city, Mr. Mahoney also successfully implemented award winning projects and programs in public health and administration, including a smoking cessation portal, a suite of applications supporting early childhood intervention programs, an analytical hospital information system, and a range of integrated applications for emergency management used city-wide during Hurricane Sandy response and recovery.

 

Before his time with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Mr. Mahoney spent nearly 15 years in technology consulting, serving in various leadership and delivery roles. His successful track record of project and program delivery includes a $15 million effort in redesigning and retooling the entire shareholder services platform for a major financial client. He built and managed a reporting services center, delivered SharePoint training and Microsoft technology mentoring to several large organizations, and built a data services infrastructure from the ground up. He holds a degree from The College of New Jersey.

President and founding partner of Spruce Technology. Mr. Chintalapudi is a highly respected information technology executive with more than 14 years of information technology experience. He has been responsible for Spruce Technology’s service vision and for executing strategic sales plans, particularly in relation to Local, State and Federal Government clients.

 

Mr. Chintalapudi’s leadership has led the company to success through new business development, creating and meeting corporate goals, identifying problems, and designing solutions. He currently focuses on client relationships, as well as overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring smooth business administration.

 

Prior to founding Spruce Technology, Mr. Chintalapudi was a senior technology consultant for several public and private sector organizations. He holds a degree in Commerce from Kakatiya University.

 

Muttu Nagubandi

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Nagubandi joined Spruce Technology as Managing Partner of HR and Recruitment in 2011, and has since contributed significantly to Spruce Technology’s talent management and recruiting business strategy. With over 15 years of experience in vendor management, he brings to Spruce Technology his expertise in IT sales, Account Management, Talent Acquisition, and Immigration. He is known as a visionary and his approach to management is notable for creating significant expansion, as he has driven his units to develop innovative services that answer client demands. He is highly effective at forming and managing cross-functional teams, and he has brought a motivating enthusiasm to Spruce Technology’s sourcing teams.

 

Prior to joining Spruce Technology, Mr. Nagubandi served as Director of Recruiting and Sales and was responsible for full-cycle recruiting and account management services in fast paced, high growth, technology based environments such as Cisco Systems. He is actively involved in several social services organizations. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Osmania University and has a Bachelor of Law certification.
