The first stage in our professional services maturity model is called “Prove It”.  During this point in our client relationship, the Spruce Technology Services team will work with client personnel to add value at any point in the delivery lifecycle.  Spruce Technology’s Project Delivery solutions are designed to be accessible in combination or independently, giving our clients the ability to say “Prove It – Show me the quality of your UI/UX design capabilities.”  Or, “Prove It – Show me the effectiveness of your Quality Assurance services.”  Every time the Spruce Technology team has the opportunity to Prove It, across the client’s SDLC, we take another step to building our ability to deliver more than just a project.

 

The second stage in our maturity model is called “Confidence”.  During this stage in our client relationship, the Spruce Technology team has had the opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of our people and our organization.  It is at this point where we are able to offer our clients more than the pure value of our services.  The client also begins to see how the Spruce Technology Complete Approach helps to mitigate the risks associated with complex, full lifecycle project delivery.  The Spruce Technology team delivers reduced risk and builds confidence in a number of ways, the most obvious of which is our industry leading warranty policy – letting our clients know that long after go-live, we are right there with them.
